What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.
- Design and develop Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce components.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
- Lead data migration, ETL, and data‑model optimization.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and drive CI/CD using Gearset and Git.
- Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and PMs to define scope and effort.
What You Need
- 5+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.
- Expert in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.
- Strong data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Proficient with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and packaging.
- Hands‑on CI/CD using Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Good to Have
- Certifications in Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, and MuleSoft integration.
