What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of scoped features from design through production and support.
- Write clean, efficient code in Java, Python, JavaScript and React.
- Integrate AI/ML models and generative‑AI tools to boost development velocity.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure security, scalability and maintainability.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and success metrics.
- Monitor performance, manage defects and drive continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, Java, JavaScript, Python and associated frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, distributed systems and solution architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot performance issues and manage defects.
Good to Have
- Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools for software development.
