What You’ll Do
- Design end‑to‑end solutions and architectural runways for platform teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and engineering leads to define roadmap.
- Evaluate technology options, risks, and dependencies, and drive mitigation.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, elicit requirements, and validate prototypes aligned with target architecture.
- Champion built‑in quality, decoupled and modernised microservice architectures.
- Mentor and coach engineers on architecture best practices and DevSecOps.
What You Need
- 12+ years of software design, development, and architecture experience.
- Strong Java/J2EE expertise with Spring Boot and reactive programming.
- Hands‑on microservices development using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud (GCP) or similar CSP.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and Kafka messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and mentor senior engineers.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Terraform and Istio for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with TOGAF/ArchiMate architectural frameworks.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
