What You’ll Do
- Conduct unit and integration testing, enabling system‑wide validation without full components.
- Write application modules and unit tests with guidance, adhering to coding standards.
- Optimize code for performance metrics and document release notes.
- Identify and fix defects, reviewing code to mitigate potential issues.
- Deploy builds, create release documentation, and support environmental setups.
- Apply design patterns and follow the SDLC independently.
What You Need
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL with basic modeling and elementary tuning.
- Solid understanding of at least one programming language for application development.
- Experience writing unit tests and conducting integration testing.
- Ability to optimize code for key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with code review processes and defect debugging.
- Knowledge of software lifecycle (SDLC) and build deployment practices.
Good to Have
- Periodic use of design or analysis patterns.
- Experience with design/CASE tools for sharing design ideas.
