What You’ll Do
- Enforce client development standards and maintain code version control.

- Define KPIs and track metrics for technology adoption impact.
- Drive Agile adoption and mentor teams on Scrum practices.

What You Need
- B.Tech or BS in Computer Science/IT.
- 9‑10 years overall software engineering experience.
- 5‑7 years managing product development and Agile delivery.
- 3+ years leading teams of ≥10 members.
- Hands‑on cloud‑native .NET (Azure/GCP) development.
- Strong Sitecore (XP/XM/headless) implementation expertise.
- Proficiency with Git, Azure Repos, Jira, Azure DevOps.
