Associate – Data Management

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintenance of sample and stores universe, maintenance of various production input files and weekly, monthly, ad-hoc processing of data as per SLA for a CPG client.

Responsibilities
•    Maintenance of sample and census, store database, ACVs, various production input files and creation of projections for the European countries.
•    Create weekly projection.
•    Create Back week projections.
•    Evaluate and create new geographies as per client requirement and measure performance and report.
•    Responsible for ad-hoc data investigation and data integrity analysis and support on client queries.
•    Monitor and maintain samples for different geographies.
•    Provide extended support when needed to complete specific deliverables as per the SLA.
•    Gain deep understanding of the various production activities and utilize it for issue resolution and executing Ad-hoc activities.
•    Work on end-to-end process independently with minimal to no support.
•    Support Associates and Senior Associates as an SME.
•    Closely work with clients in delivering quality and on time output.
•    Identify improvement ideas and collaborate with team and client in its execution.
•    Manage the process and non-process projects in the team/group.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Graduate (Any Bachelor’s Degree).
•    Good communication skills (written and verbal).
•    Willing to provide extended support & flexible in terms of work timing when needed.
