What You’ll Do
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and improve business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for retail solutions.
- Fine‑tune multimodal LLMs and enhance model performance.
- Build and maintain modular software tools using best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize GenAI solutions.
- Lead a team of data scientists, guiding code quality and architecture.
What You Need
- 8+ years of data science experience, including leadership of data‑scientist teams.
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Hadoop/Hive for large‑scale data processing.
- Experience building deep‑learning solutions using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on work with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills across geographies.
Good to Have
- Containerization experience using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, vector databases, and ElasticSearch.
