What You’ll Do
- Design and develop technical solutions meeting business requirements per Mastercard standards.
- Collaborate with product owners and architects on definition, design, and implementation.
- Build and deliver features within a Scrum team, including design docs and proofs of concept.
- Conduct code reviews across multiple Scrum teams to enforce strong coding principles.
- Contribute to platform knowledge sharing and quickly adopt new technologies.
- Ensure solutions comply with security policies and undergo mandatory security training.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle SQL.
- Proficiency in UNIX environments and command‑line operations.
- Knowledge of cloud‑native development platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Demonstrated experience building consumer‑facing products at scale.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
- Exposure to fintech domain and digital payments ecosystems.
