What You’ll Do
- Ensure 60+ ECOM releases deploy on schedule with minimal disruption.
- Coordinate global Engineering Services to secure, safe, reliable toolsets.
- Lead incident response for major deployment issues (Sev0/Sev1).
- Drive cross‑functional feature delivery with architects, product owners, engineers.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance and career development.
- Enforce compliance with internal policies, change and incident management.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline, testing automation, and tool reliability.
What You Need
- Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale release engineering teams.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Release, Change, Incident Management.
- Proficiency in Java, Python and/or Go.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes containers.
- Linux/UNIX administration, especially RHEL.
Good to Have
- Expertise in TCP/IP networking and related protocols.
- Ability to present technical concepts to senior leaders.
