The DMD team builds AI agents that help users work with design and manufacturing data collaboration. You will contribute across the full stack, building backend agent logic and the React/TypeScript UIs that surface these capabilities to users.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver full-stack features across backend, AI agent, and UI.
- Drive technical decisions on agent behavior, tooling, and developer experience.
- Mentor teammates and set high quality standards across the codebase.
- Own features end-to-end, driving from design through to deployment.
- Contribute to backend agent logic and React/TypeScript UIs.
What You Need
- 10-14 years delivering large-scale production systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM patterns including tool use and streaming.
- Proficient in Python async patterns, testing, and Java.
- Experience building REST APIs on AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with MCP or agent frameworks.
- Comfortable leading within a polyglot monorepo environment.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines or vector search.
- Experience with spec-driven development workflows like OpenSpec.
