WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a passionate intern to join us in our Digital Transformation journey. The Consulting Productivity Pathfinders squad focuses on improving the working experience of BCG consulting teams by addressing their major pain points and finding opportunities for optimization. The squad is prioritizing the use of Generative AI tools to enhance BCG’s productivity and is responsible for:
- Managing a selection of GenAI enterprise tools
- Continuously evaluating through POCs and pilots new GenAI tools that have a high potential to improve productivity of our consulting teams
- Ideating and identifying new opportunities to build new GenAI products
The Intern will engage in product management activities, market scouting, user research, POCs and pilots, and collaborating with other squads when needed, and uses a data-driven approach to help in the prioritization of products and backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Support: Assist the Product Owner and Product Analysts in activities related to GenAI product management and innovation sprints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with stakeholders and collaborate with other teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Market Scouting: Conduct market scouting to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Agile Participation: Participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization, and stay updated with best practices in product management and user research.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and strategies. Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- User Experience Research: Conduct user experience research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, ensuring that product features and enhancements align with user expectations.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Translating business needs and requirements into user stories
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication, proficient in drafting clear and concise reports
- Working with a multicultural distributed agile team located in different time zones
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business (MBA), Data Analytics or a related field

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
