Job Description
- Ability to administer user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with security policies.
- Proficiency in managing employee data within SuccessFactors, including data uploads, updates, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity as per GDPR or local laws.
- Understanding of various modules within SuccessFactors like Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Employee Central Service Central etc.
- Ability to configure, customized and troubleshoot various module within SAP SuccessFactors according to the organization’s requirements. This includes setting up data fields, workflows, forms, templates and other system parameters.
- Monitor system performance & network latency.
- Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh

- XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning
