What You'll Do Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end code across multiple platforms. Design, code, test, and debug moderately complex applications. Create technical specifications and documentation for new features. Perform unit testing and validate code changes against PCI compliance. Collaborate with business, client, and vendor teams to define solution approaches. Estimate billable hours and resource needs for projects. Mentor junior engineers and assist with on‑the‑job training. What You Need BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 4 years of professional coding, design, and data analysis experience. Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET). Experience with RESTful APIs and external services integration. Working knowledge of relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows environments. Understanding of PCI security standards and compliance. Good to Have 6+ years of full‑stack development experience. Hands‑on experience with IBM Rational development tools. Exposure to web frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, or Angular.
