What You’ll Do
- Define requirements with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Assess and improve existing DevOps processes, tools, and practices.
- Design and implement DevOps solutions aligned with client needs and constraints.
- Lead Salesforce DevOps framework setup for small‑to‑medium projects.
- Drive continuous delivery deployments across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects on enterprise‑scale DevOps designs.
What You Need
- 6+ years on Salesforce platform focusing on DevOps and CI/CD.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DX, CLI, Metadata API, Apex, LWC.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and Git.
- Deep knowledge of sandbox strategy, branching, source‑driven development, release governance.
- Familiarity with deployment models: Change Sets, unlocked/managed packages, metadata.
- Experience with test automation (PROVAR, Selenium, ApexUnit) and code quality tools (SonarQube).
- Ability to lead small/medium projects and support architects on large programs.
Good to Have
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience building AI‑first DevOps workflows for pipeline automation.
