What You’ll Do
- Analyze, design, code, test, and deploy software in an agile environment.
- Apply secure software engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Leverage DevSecOps tools and techniques for continuous integration and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular training and innovation.
- Prioritize and manage medium‑to‑large project schedules and deliverables.
- Collaborate across teams to uphold company standards and best practices.
What You Need
- 4+ years of software analysis and development experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Playwright or comparable test‑automation tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments.
- Strong command of at least one language: Java, C++, Python or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, software security, and systems integration.
- Experience working in Agile delivery and test‑strategy environments.
Good to Have
- Exposure to insurance platforms such as Guidewire.
- Mentoring experience for junior engineers.
- Familiarity with Indian data regulations (DPDPA, RBI, IRDAI).
