You’ll bridge shop‑floor automation with enterprise systems, turning data into actionable insights. What You'll Do Collaborate with shop‑floor teams to integrate machines, PLCs, and sensors with digital platforms. Deploy IIoT solutions, configuring protocols such as OPC‑UA, Modbus, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP. Design and build proof‑of‑concept automation and IoT use‑cases. Scale validated POCs into full‑production implementations across multiple plants. Ensure ISA‑95 alignment, integrating PLC/SCADA with MES, historians, and cloud platforms. Diagnose and resolve machine connectivity, automation, and industrial network issues. Provide ongoing support, documentation, and upgrades for deployed OT solutions. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline. Hands‑on experience with PLCs, Raspberry Pi, and other automation components. Proficiency in Python/Flask for firmware development. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, OPC‑UA, MQTT, HTTPs, FTP. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and data acquisition. Ability to troubleshoot industrial networks and machine connectivity issues. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Java full‑stack microservices development. Good to Have Strong cross‑functional coordination and leadership capabilities. Proven experience documenting requirements and maintaining requirement artifacts. Creative problem‑solving for undefined, unstructured tasks.
