Trainee – TOC Analyst

Summary

The role of the IT Support Analyst is to provide 1st level support to internal support teams via uptrends & SolarWinds monitoring tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Should be willing to work at 24/7 support
• Create, maintain & update system documentation where required
• Ensure that all incidents and Service Requests are logged into the helpdesk system, ensuring all relevant information of the request is logged in the ticket

Minimum Experience

• Should have basic knowledge on Computers
• Should have basic knowledge on Java & Selenium
• Should have basic knowledge on automation skills

Additional Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have highly vigilant
• Should be more proactive
