What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and clients to architect scalable Education Cloud solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops, define scope, and produce accurate development estimates.
- Document functional and technical designs using UML and best‑practice methodologies.
- Design and deliver CRM workflows with Apex, Lightning, LWC, and J2EE.
- Mentor development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure rigorous testing, performance monitoring, and smooth release management.
- Create proof‑of‑concepts and guide partners on complex coding challenges.
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing technology solutions.
- 8+ years on Agile deployment teams delivering enterprise‑scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud (recruitment, admission, alumni).
- Strong hands‑on skills with Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning, LWC, and Omnistudio.
- Proven integration experience across Salesforce.com and external systems.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross‑functional technical teams.
Good to Have
- Salesforce Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or AI‑assisted implementation tools.
